Love your choices for September. Personally I'm not ready for fall. Not to say that I wanted the burning inferno of temps we had all through the summer, but I just want more days of the late sunsets to take walks after work and hang out with friends. I spent too much time working in the evenings and on the weekends. Since I've been so stressed due to work, I've been journaling more so I have been using my pens. That's atleast one plus. Looking at your pretty rainbow of pens I think I need to take all my pens out and see what other colors I can add. Your comment of the leafblower getting that one leaf had me cracking up!

I have a Jinhao converter in my Pilot MR Metro Pop… 🤔 Love that FC02, I have one of them coming my way from Vanness… can‘t wait for it to arrive. 🥰

The Aero does not appeal to me. But I have a Diplomat Excellence A2 and the steel nib is spectacular, as I am sure yours is. I have and like Cashmere Rose. Thanks for the video.

I am with you girl. First thing I do is look on RUclips to watch reviews of a pen I'm thinking of buying. I had some jackass this week tell me I need a better vocabulary in pen videos. I don't care. I'm gonna keep making them.

I just got this pen as an anniversary gift (24 years) and I absolutely love it!

I am still thinking about getting the Purple misto and I looked at atlas and they have an omni flex option which is something I don't have and its $108. Its such a beautiful pen and your high praises are definitely swaying me to get it. But it seems we like similar things.

So sad your Leonardo Golden Abalone isn't performing to your standards! Your video on it is the reason I pulled the trigger on one. It's a beautiful pen, and mine performs flawlessly. So smooth. I picked it up in a regular fine nib - I wonder if you're having troubles because of the elastic version of the nib?

I am at work 😜 watching with no sound - but looooving the first pen and ink combo - now I will hit pause and rewatch tonight in full with sound!

You video on the P20 gradual purple definitely influenced me in purchasing one, and I got one for a friend, still waiting for it to ship

Congrats on your new pens! I am always thankful for an affordable pen fix. that P20 is just perfect in the purple/pink colorway. It reminds me of hydrangeas with that coloring. All the colors of my pens make me happy just looking at them.

What an interesting grip you have, holding the pen with your middle finger and letting the index finger fly free! For testing paper, it would be helpful if you'd show the back of the page, so we can see "ghosting" and bleed-through, or whether the paper resists the ink and keeps it where we want it. Thank you for a pleasant and informative video. This is my first visit to your space.

The pens not wanting to write in that first notebook is almost guaranteed to be the paper and not you. I get the exact same problem with my fountain pen on some papers, but when I switch to one I know works, zero problems again. I had assumed I must have been doing something wrong because I'm still new to fountain pens, and nobody ever talks about that type of problem possibly being pen/paper combo related.

You ended up with a beautiful blend of colors and shades on your pen. Congrats! Hope you enjoy the fine flex- I have it on my LMZ Hades and it’s so buttery smooth. I do find that it mostly writes like a medium but if you just lightly put the pen to paper it js more like a fine nib. I have a golden abalone arriving this week- fingers crossed it’s a good one! I got a fine nib with the black trim.

They use jowo nibs, but they do tune the nibs in house.

Hello Anita. I just discovered your videos and truly enjoyed them. I also love the turquoise, teal, seafoam colors. Those are my favorite.

I watched this video and then shortly after went to my local Dollar 🌳and did some shopping. I had recently bought a planner that won’t be here for a bit but found one yesterday that will be perfect until my other one arrives along with some items to journal with.

Was there any bleed through or ghosting?

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry - I literally just walked in the door from both the Dollar Tree and Walmart!!!!! I did see the calendars but I didn’t need that as I use my travelers company passport notebook. I’m always buying composition notebooks. I probably have 10 lying around…what’s for you ask --🤷‍♀️. But I will check them to see if they are FP friendly! So glad the notebooks work for you! Thanks for sharing. God bless you.

Franklin Christoph pens are my favorites ❤ Jowo nibs, In house tuning by Audrey Matteson (Mike Matteson, Ink-dependance’s YT Channel's wife) & Yukio Nagahara (Mike Nagahara may be family from Sailor Pens). I have a Antique Glass Model 46 it was my Grail pen from 2016. I’ve been collecting fountain pens since 2016; & FC pens were on my grail wish list back then, they were all the rage. I finally bought my first FC pen in March/April this year and the week after that I bought my second one... I love the needlepoint nib they offer and the special grinds you can get on their website. A must have in your collection. I am so glad you love your pen it’s a beautiful color
